INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

DistrictFinds collects information on its users when you sign up for a DistrictFinds account and when you visit pages on DistrictFinds.com. When you register, we will ask you for information about you, including your first name, last name, email address, and zip code. Once you register with us, you are not anonymous to us. Page visits may also store information about your computer configuration such as your IP address, DistrictFinds cookie information and the pages you requested. DistrictFinds may use this information to help make changes to the DistrictFinds service to better serve you and our users. We also use the information to customize content on the site that will be displayed to you. DistrictFinds will never sell or disclose your information to third parties without your explicit permission.

  • DistrictFinds may set and access DistrictFinds cookies on your computer.
  • DistrictFinds cookies will not store any personal information about you. We use cookies only to recognize you as a user.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • You can edit your DistrictFinds account information at any time by visiting your account.
  • We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the DistrictFinds service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and service notifications, that are considered part of your DistrictFinds account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
  • You can delete your DistrictFinds account by clicking on the link provided in your account or by e-mailing postmaster@districtfinds.com and requesting that we delete your account. Any tracking information that may have been collected during your visits to DistrictFinds.com may remain after your account has been permanently deleted.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

DistrictFinds may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your DistrictFinds account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
